Shipping

Our products are delivered anywhere in the world, the delivery costs are offered, the products will be delivered to the postal address you have indicated when ordering

Delivery time

Our products are delivered by Colissimo in most cases within 48 to 96 hours for France (working days for orders placed before noon)

Reimbursement

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: 

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time period.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@safekleaner.com and we will give you a return address. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the donor, she will send a refund to the gift giver and they will inquire about your return.

Delivery.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
